The role of the Sales Administrator is to assist with all teams within the Sales division, as well as the sales administrative team. They must have a good knowledge of all product lines sold by TOG as well as a strong confidence on the CRM systems. They will be responsible for the submission of inbound enquiries to TOG and will ensure all data is correct and systems are up to date. The individual must have a keen attention to detail and ensure all leads are logged in an efficient manner.


They will need to work effectively as part of a sales team as well as the wider TOG teams and have excellent time management skills to remain in control of their workload.

What you can expect as our Sales Administrator

  • Ensure all leads are correctly logged onto the system as new/existing opportunities for the Central Sales team.
  • Issue acceptances and rejections to Broker / Agent partners on receipt of their referrals to TOG
  • Support monitoring of KPIs in line with targets set for the sales team.
  • Support with the day-to-day running of the Sales team, including updating CRM and updating sales boards.
  • Maintaining updated contact lists for both TOG sales teams and Broker / Agent partners.
  • On-boarding and building B2B relationships with potential partners.
  • Overseeing availability and other marketing material sent to Brokers & Agents.
  • Raising POs for Broker/Agent payments on successful deals.
  • Responsible for raising Licence Agreements according to company policy and as per building manager and Portfolio
  • Managers instructions.
  • Supporting the maintenance of sales data quality in Salesforce for accurate reporting
  • Support with daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Supporting senior members of the sales team with ad hoc reports. Maintaining and analysing reports on completed deals.

  • Experience handling external communications and correspondence · Experience in Administration · Customer Service experience desirable · Health and Safety Regulations knowledge to building standards level
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's at A-C/7-4 grade or equivalent · Degree desirable
  • Outlook · CRM Software · MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel · Project Management and supporting tools
