The role of the Sales Support Manager is to manage the support function which is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of key tasks and administrative duties that support the day-to-day running of the sales team. They will also be supporting the Sales Management team with co-ordination of key deliverables around the Sales strategy and occupancy initiatives.
What you can expect as our Sales Support Manager
Management of Sales Support Function
Responsible for the delivery of key tasks and administrative duties that support the day-to-day running of the sales team. Oversee the reporting, analysis and insights delivered to Sales Management to support key decision making and sales strategies.
Support core Sales Operations
Manage practical Sales operations and Central Sales Office Management, such as call routing and co-ordination of team on-boarding.
Project Management
Efficient project management of key workstreams and business processes, such as system changes, assisting with quarterly analysis of mystery shopping briefs, maintaining key documentation and sales training materials.
Key Support for Sales Management Team
Attend sales management meetings to help co-ordinate key deliverables around the sales strategy and occupancy initiatives.
Broker and Agent Onboarding
Act as the first point of contact for new Brokers and Agents, to pre-qualify potential new partners and support the on-boarding process with signed contracts, supplier set up and registering on Salesforce.

Highly skilled with Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Outlook and diary management
Project Management experience
Previous exposure to compliance processes and credit checking
Understanding of sales processes
