Are you a confident, people-focused professional with a passion for organisation and problem-solving? We're looking for a proactive SOW Coordinator to join our team on a 10-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone based within commuting distance of London or Luton.

Purpose of the Role

The SOW Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of supplier enrolment and SOW processes. Acting as a central point of contact, the role supports both internal teams and external suppliers through contract management, system training, and issue resolution. This position is vital in maintaining operational flow, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high-quality experience for all stakeholders involved in the SOW lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Outlook and Freshdesk emails efficiently
  • Regular communication with customers and suppliers
  • End-to-end supplier enrolment, including contracts and legal liaison
  • Support creation and management of new SOWs
  • Deliver training to customers and suppliers
  • Generate and maintain reports
  • Follow up on pending actions (requirements, proposals, transactions, expired SOWs)
  • Maintain and update supplier enrolment tracker weekly
  • Schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders
