We have a really exciting opportunity to join Guidant Global in our Talent Engagement team. This is a fully remote role.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will be

* Processing all required vetting applications within timescales provided by client and inline with Guidant Global polices.
* Process all documentation in line with the agreed and documented procedures
* Liaise closely with candidates and team leaders to provide advice and guidance on the most appropriate ways to resolve queries or issues.
* Develop productive, cooperative and trusting relationships with customers, candidates and work colleagues.
* Being able to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Have excellent communication skills via telephone and email method.
* Escalating potential issues with a clearance in the first instance.
* Support On-boarding colleagues, taking a "can do" approach to ensuring all targets are met and documentation processed efficiently and effectively
* Ensure candidates are kept up to date and all correspondence is provided within the allocated SLAs.
* Supporting with training of any new team members.
