Talent Resourcing Partner
Location: Coulsdon & Aylesford
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Additional Requirement: One week of night shifts per month (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Resourcing Partner to join Guidant Global and deliver exceptional recruitment services across our customer portfolio. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring flexibility to work across two locations and occasional night shifts.
You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and suppliers, and ensuring service excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consultative recruitment service to clients, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
- Source, screen, and match candidates to roles, maintaining high standards throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on market insights and best practices.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent resourcing, ideally in high-volume environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite across Coulsdon and Aylesford, with flexibility for night shifts.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
