We're looking for a Talent Resourcing Partner on permanent basis to work On-site in Deeside.
A day in the life of a Talent Resourcing Partner at Guidant Global includes…
Managing the recruitment process for all temporary staffing requirements for a designated account and building strong, long-standing relationships.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Provide a quality consultative recruitment service in-line with the requirements of the client and company
- Running assessment centres
- Interviewing candidates
- Managing the booking system and assessment slots
- Managing successful candidates onto the payroll system
- RTW checks
- Weekly reporting on recruitment requirements and status
- Advertising vacancies
- Ensure effective communication with the workforce, client, colleagues and suppliers and best practice is shared
- Build and establish key supplier relationships both with group and external suppliers where required
What we're looking for
We require a proactive and established recruiter able to work on their own initiative. Someone who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with the team, workers, client, & suppliers and therefore proven experience of excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential. You need to have previous recruitment experience, as well as being highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience.
