What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a lab environment
  • Strong Electronics Engineering knowledge
  • Proficiency in basic mechanical skills and hand tools
  • Familiarity with ESD requirements in a lab setting

What you'll get to do as an Actuation Lab Co-Ordinator:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Actuation lab, optimizing CATE table and equipment utilization by the project team.
  • Collaborate with development engineers to set up tests involving mechanical skills and electronics on CATE tables.
  • Prioritize health and safety in the lab, maintaining a secure environment and promptly escalating issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD rules for all lab users.
  • Coordinate lab access and provide necessary training to staff members.
  • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and necessary corrective actions on test setups and CCA-level investigations.
  • Support development teams in oven usage and provide assistance for EMC testing.
