The UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, MBDA, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to coach and develop Agile strategies and Scrum Masters.
What you'll get to do as an Agile Coach:
- Agile Coach on the Future Combat Air System Program
- Working closely with the Chief Systems engineer
- Coaching and developing Scrum Masters within the Work Package
- Coaching the Work Package leads and product owners
- Resolving systemic impediments
- Identify the value streams within the WP area
- Identifying improvements to ways of working and system flow
- Working with other Agile coaches on the program to enact experiments and share lessons learnt
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with implement JIRA and confluence
- You must be a UK national or citizen and resided in the U.K. for at least five years to be eligible for the role (SC clearance requirement)
