📍 Location: Cheltenham
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Pay: Up to £42.00 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our passionate Children & Families Team in Cheltenham. You'll manage a caseload of around 18 children, providing timely and effective, evidence-based interventions that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Holding a varied caseload including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC)
✅ Handling some court work as part of your responsibilities
✅ Delivering impactful, evidence-based social work interventions
✅ Ensuring all children are seen face-to-face (unless COVID confirmed)
✅ Balancing office and home working, with an expectation of 3 days in the office per week
✅ Using provided laptop and smartphone to support flexible working
