Are you an experienced Children with Disabilities Team Manager ready to lead a fantastic team? We're looking for someone to provide interim cover for our established and stable Children with Disabilities team! 👧👦
About the Team:
Based in Ellesmere Port, our Children with Disabilities team serves the entire Cheshire West and Chester area. We support children with complex disabilities across all levels of social work:
🔹 Child in Need
🔹 Child Protection
🔹 Children in Care
Our team includes Social Workers, Support Workers, and a Senior Family Case Worker who manages Family Case Workers providing vital support at the Team Around the Family level. 🤝
What you'll do:
✅ Lead and manage a passionate, dedicated team
✅ Ensure excellent service delivery for children with complex needs
✅ Support staff in managing cases from assessment through to intervention
✅ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and families
