Main Duties & Responsibilities π
Review, challenge, and sign off support plans to ensure care meets service procedures and legislation βοΈ
Resolve complex, high-risk situations using negotiation and diplomacy π‘οΈ
Build partnerships with members, senior officers, external organisations, and the community π€
Operationalise plans and deploy resources to meet objectives, tailoring approaches for safe, high-quality services π―
Person Specification β
Qualified Social Worker (QSW)
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Experience in CIN/CP and court proceedings preferred βοΈ
Solid safeguarding knowledge π‘οΈ
Strong assessment, written, and communication skills βοΈπ£οΈ
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle π
Special Conditions β οΈ
Must be a car driver π
