IRC are currently with our longstanding client based in Shannon, Co. Clare to recruit Customer Service Advisors for their Call Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team. The role offers a full-time position and the option for hybrid working.
About the Role:
We are seeking professional and enthusiastic individuals with customer service or helpdesk experience to join our client's Customer Service team in Shannon. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering superior customer service and business support to our client's customers. Fluency in English and ideally another language (German or French) is required for this role. The position offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and business support using the client's service offering
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

- Utilize IT proficiency and reporting tools for effective task management
- Maintain availability to work shifts between 6 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
