37 hours; FT (Hybrid 3-4 DPW Onsite)

MBDA, a trusted partner of the UK's Ministry of Defence, seeks an experienced Functional People Manager. The ideal candidate will specialise in design verification and certification, trial proving (Environmental, EMC, and Integration), and assessing the testability of electronic equipment and products as part of the Test and Evaluation support group within Electronic Engineering.

• Having the ability to lead both teams and individuals is a valuable experience.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and communicating strategic direction to align with organisational vision and mission.
• Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
• Experience in various management tasks - recruitment, Onboarding, performance, development, etc.

More about the role:

MBDA's relationship with the UK military spans back over 70 years. They have delivered countless landmarks in defence engineering, supplying vital defence capability to meet the needs of the armed forces over land, sea, and air.

This role is based at MBDA's headquarters in Stevenage which plays a key part in missiles operations. The site also offers excellent transportation links and boasts an onsite gym and coffee shop. Training and development are offered to all employees.
