- Coordinate and support the deployment of Digital products, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and risks/opportunities are managed.
- Ensure smooth business continuity for all plant‑critical digital solutions.
- Embed digital demand management processes that reflect site priorities and operational needs.
Continuous improvement & innovation
- Challenge current ways of working and help drive change, simplification, and digital innovation.
- Promote digitalisation, automation, and the removal of legacy applications.
- Support major transnational change programmes across the Airbus network.
Operational excellence & cyber security
- Strengthen local cyber‑security practices by supporting and developing the IT‑in‑OT team.
- Ensure effective crisis management, including communication, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Monitor and escalate service‑level performance, especially for digital shopfloor support contracts.
People leadership & collaboration
- Coach and develop Digital team members, including early‑career talent.
- Work closely with Digital Workplace, ERP/SAP, Infrastructure and other teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Contribute to resource planning, financial management, and supplier performance oversight.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who blends digital understanding with brilliant relationship‑building skills:
Essential experience
- Experience working in large‑scale industrial, engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Broad understanding of digital products, tools, and processes.
- Stakeholder management expertise with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to diverse technical and operational audiences.
- Knowledge of cyber‑security practices (desirable but not essential).

Personal qualities
- Confident building trust across teams.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable leading in fast‑moving environments.
- Curious and forward‑thinking with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
