Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Airbus Procurement processes & governance harmonization and simplification
  • Ensure that the Procurement processes he/she is in charge of are compliant and continuously improved in line with business needs and quality rules.
  • Analyse the As-Is Situation on Organization, Governance, Process
  • Propose a To-Be QMS (Quality Management System), based on Airbus' requirements and best-practices
  • Write, manage and analyse Business Requirements and Points of Vigilance
  • Adherence to contractual requirements which may include external standards such as ISO14001, ISO9001
  • Manage or create an Organization Manual, Policy, Code of Conduct
  • Creating traceability of the company's organization structure with special focus on Delegated Authority
  • Implement a Continuous Improvement methodology
  • Enable user adoption by providing awareness sessions and contribute to official trainings
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Act as project Manager / leader to create state-of-the-art and best-in-class processes through the application of project management processes, methods and tools as well as the management and coordination of the relevant Process Management Teams (PMTs)
  • Define and implement PMO like set up at domain level, process level, topic level
  • Ensure the right follow-up of cross process activities(Audit management, compliance to requirements, Affiliates, awareness, process performance, process adherence, digital & tool integration,..)
  • Manage and/or liaise with function/area improvement projects
  • Support and follow the process maturity roadmap
  • Support strategic vision and roadmap of processes
  • Provide consistent information through dashboard, visual management and other status reports & efficient communication means

Skillset

  • ISO9001 background / training / certification in QMS
  • Contracts or Legal experience will be a plus
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
  • Communication on various hierarchical levels
  • Team player and ability to establish a strong network within Procurement to obtain expert advice
  • Structured way of working
  • High level of autonomy, drive and reactivity (we are offering empowerment and not micro-management)
  • Customer- and service-oriented
  • A plus will be experience in technical or organisational documentation and process management
