* Oversee content creation and storytelling aligned to early talent audience needs - including website landing pages, ambassador content, role-based videos, and office spotlights.

* Monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to enhance application quality and conversion rates.

* Support location awareness initiatives and inclusive hiring efforts, ensuring campaigns reflect diverse talent needs.

* Partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to promote priority roles and critical hiring needs.

* Manage digital media programmes, including content updates on careers landing pages, role spotlights, and targeted outreach.

* Brief and oversee internal creative agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that position company as an employer of choice for experienced professionals.

* Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Alumni (Light Touch)

* Provide marketing advice and support for national and regional alumni activities, including events when required.

General

* Align local UK employer brand activities with global strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all candidate segments.

* Partner with Marketing + Communications, Recruiting, Business and HR stakeholders to ensure campaigns reflect our EVP and Employer of Choice initiatives.
