Location: Filton (60% onsite, with flexibility for additional days as required)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £33.64/hr (PAYE) | £45.00/hr (Umbrella)
Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading the development of a control room to monitor lab test means, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage projects for lab test means development, from initial concept to delivery.
- Define project scope, structure, and governance, ensuring clear objectives and accountability.
- Steer project execution using robust metrics, managing risks and opportunities proactively.
- Report progress to stakeholders and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites and countries.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project or programme management (PMI certification is a plus).
- Strong engineering background, ideally within aerospace or a related sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who anticipates and steers change.
- Advanced English language skills.
