We are seeking a collaborative and inclusive MSP Program Manager with change management experience for a full-time role based in Duarte, CA. This Program Management position offers a generous salary and benefits package.
As Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Program Management Office team assigned to a specific Guidant Global MSP client. You will be empowered to manage both the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the program in conjunction with the Client Sponsor and with the support of an assigned Service Delivery team and Shared Back-Office Services team.

- Ensuring successful delivery of the ongoing program requirements
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance is met at all levels
- Providing supplier/vendor management, including supplier rationalization and optimization
- Developing and maintaining exceptional business relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors
To thrive in this role you will need to be experienced MSP Professional with incredibly high integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for excellence. You will also need to take the initiative, yet be adaptable in dynamic environments, routinely provide analytical and strategic thinking, and be comfortable delegating work to direct and indirect reports. Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) is also required.
