Guidant Global are looking for a highly attentive and committed individual with any level of pensions admin experience to be a part of a leading Financial Services organisation with the opportunity to work remotely. The role is for a Pensions Administrator paying an hourly rate of £15.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will draw on your teamwork, mathematical and customer service skills. Day to day responsibilities include administering occupational pension schemes, dealing with new joiners, leavers and retirees and calculating renewals and member contributions.

  • Communicate effectively with members, consistently providing a quality customer experience
  • Deal with simple queries and requests and escalating potential problems and complaint cases
  • Monitoring own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Accurately perform manual calculations and assisting the wider team in project work when required

To apply for this Pensions Administrator job, you will need a C grade or above in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent. Experience in either DB or DC pensions administration would be an advantage.

The following are also required:

  • Excellent customer service and IT skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication
