We are seeking a motivated and inclusive Process Operator based in Edinburgh to operate a pharmaceutical plant to manufacture bulk pharmaceuticals, intermediates, and other chemical products in accordance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and Health and safety practices. This Process Operative role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
You'll join a welcoming team where you'll work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in a fine chemical or related processing industry is desirable but not essential, as training will be given. Some forklift driving or picking and packing may be required.

- Performing chemical reactions according to batch sheet and process instructions as requested
- Recognising critical reaction criteria and notifying a Supervisor or Shift Manager of any unusual signs
- Recording process changes and notifying a Supervisor or Shift Manager where appropriate
- Operating equipment and conducting all plant operations and activities according to good manufacturing practice (cGMP), complying with current SOP's and appropriate health and safety precautions and Controlled Drug regulations
