Guidant Global is looking for committed and conscientious Production Operators in the Royston area of Hertfordshire. You'll be part of an inclusive, hardworking warehouse worker and operative team based on a large manufacturing plant in Royston, working within a team to produce high-quality products within a designated area. The current work pattern is 12-hour shifts, covering nights and days.
These flexible Production Operative jobs are temporary roles, reviewed monthly, and candidates require no previous production or warehouse operative experience. You'll be earning a favourable rate of £13.10 p/h and company benefits, including meal allowance.
If you were working in this Production Operative role, here are some of the things you would have been doing this week:
- End of line packing, checking pallets, checking stock levels
- Labelling finished goods and performing Quality Control checks
- Loading and unloading machinery and packaging
- Utilising the system for data entry and inputting production data onto SAP
As a Production Operator, you will need a commitment to high-quality standards. You'll also be computer literate. Experience working in a warehouse or high-volume production area would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
