About the Role
Are you passionate about driving change and enabling operational excellence? We're looking for an Enablement Support professional to join our team at Broughton, supporting the transformation of the historic A380 factory into a cutting-edge Single Aisle production facility.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Enablement Initiatives: Drive the adoption of innovative working methods and best practices, both from within Airbus and the wider industry.
- Governance & Strategy: Develop and maintain an enablement governance framework, ensuring future strategies and tooling needs are proactively managed.
- Technology & Tooling: Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to support sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Oversee enablement teams, empowering them to deliver on key objectives and supporting their professional growth.
- Production Support: Provide hands-on support to production areas, ensuring smooth operations in the Rate++ facility (the repurposed A380 factory).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities meet EHS and Airworthiness standards, and champion the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) process.
- Daily Operations: Manage daily tool control, LOLER compliance, and FOD improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in aviation, production, or manufacturing environments (experience valued over formal qualifications).
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and enable teams to perform at their best.
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent communication and conflict management abilities.
