We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner in London City with weekly travel to Reigate when required.
A day in the life of a Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes…
Managing the recruitment life cycle for a designated account and building strong, long standing relationships with our Customers. Acting as an ambassador for Guidant Global ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in everything that you do and that any action taken, continually works towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices whilst actively driving the company business strategy.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be
- Vacancy management (Contract Recruitment) from discussing the brief with the hiring manager to liaising with our suppliers /recruiters to facilitate the whole recruitment life cycle.
- Manage customer (Client, Worker, Candidate & Supplier) expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain all aspects of the temporary workforce data to enable management information to be given / presented to the client
- Building robust relationships.
- Weekly /monthly updates to key partners.
- Supporting the Client Services Manager to develop the account and customer relationships
What we're looking for
We require a proactive and established recruiter able to work on their own initiative. Someone who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with the team, workers, client, & suppliers and therefore proven experience of excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential. You need to have previous recruitment experience, preferably supporting key accounts, as well as being highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience.
