This is achieved by focusing on their needs with a flexible approach to all aspects of care. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and willing to join in with a range of activities within the home and support young people out on trips. We are looking for staff to be creative and imaginative so that each visit for the young person is fulfilling and fun as well as helping to build life skills in order to one day live independently.

  • By ensuring that the views and needs of young people are heard and responded to by promoting communication and participation.
  • By recording observations and maintaining up to date files.
  • By supervising Assistant Residential Workers on shifts.

What will you need?
