We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner based across Bristol & Malmesbury working on-site with 3 days per week remote.
A day in the life of a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes…
Working in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and relationships across technical and complex business areas for our large technology client Dyson, ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, providing expert market insight and advice on securing specialist talent.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding relationship management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers
- Delivery of Recruitment best practice and knowledge share across client.
- Use outstanding knowledge of technical recruitment to build confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders and providing accurate and meaningful market insight.
- Proactively look for ways to improve the customer experience utilising industry best practice, technology and innovation.
- Proactively manage ongoing and new supplier relationships, ensure compliance to the process and the delivery of excellent outcomes for the customer.
- Build outstanding relationships with existing contractors and work proactively to improve talent retention.
What we're looking for
You will need experience within a technical recruitment role (ideally within IT) and have outstanding ability to build productive, professional and collaborative relationships by naturally building rapport with all Stakeholders (Client, Team, Candidates, Workers and Suppliers). Highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience, a real passion for maintaining relationships and be an ambassador for Guidant Global.
