We're seeking a Site Support Technician to join our team and play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, systems integration, and customer technical support.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Site Support Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of technical and operational tasks, including:
Manufacturing & Engineering Support
- Execute manufacturing processes such as machine building, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and fabrication.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and verification of test bench systems to meet industrial product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians across disciplines to ensure optimal product integration.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Technical Support & Systems Maintenance
- Deliver ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, software products, and configured services-both onsite and remotely.
- Provide hardware and software support across server and network environments, including specific vendor and brand technologies.
- Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting, resolving basic to intermediate technical issues efficiently.
IT Infrastructure & End-User Support
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments and effective customer service principles.
- Provide support for Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and desktop hardware fault resolution.
- Build and configure laptops, including imaging processes.
- Offer mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
- Deliver basic printer support and ensure smooth operation of peripheral devices.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
- Document processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps to support clear communication and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
