๐งพ About the Role
Hull City Council is urgently seeking a skilled Adult Social Worker to join their dedicated team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role requires experienced professionals who can handle high-level casework and contribute to statutory processes.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐ง Manage a complex caseload involving adults with learning disabilities, autism, and multiple needs
๐งพ Complete Care Act assessments and statutory reviews
๐๏ธ Prepare detailed court reports and Ministry of Justice documentation
๐ค Work collaboratively with health, housing, legal, and community partners
๐ Uphold best practice and person-centred approaches in all planning
๐ป Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using electronic systems
โ Requirements
๐ Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
โ Significant experience in adult social care, especially with learning disabilities and autism
๐งพ Confident in producing court-level documentation and working within legal frameworks
๐ฅ Strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding adults procedures
๐จ Available to start work next week - immediate availability required!
