We're seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join Staffordshire County Council (SCC). You'll help safeguard, support and champion children and families while working in a team that values reflective practice, high standards, and positive outcomes.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
🧒 Deliver high-quality social work practice to support children & families.
📝 Complete assessments, care planning & interventions in line with legislation.
🛡️ Manage safeguarding concerns, child protection work & multi-agency collaboration.
🤝 Support families to improve outcomes and develop long-term stability.
📚 Participate in supervision, training & reflective sessions.
