Social Worker / Senior Practitioner
Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £24.39 - £33.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Staffordshire County Council is currently recruiting experienced Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and Senior/Advanced Practitioners to join the East Staffs Duty Hub on an agency basis. Team: East Staffs Duty Hub
Team size: 11
Location: Office-based in Burton-on-Trent
Parking: Free parking available at the rear of the office
Working pattern: Hybrid working - a balance of home and office-based work
Key Responsibilities
Arranging and chairing strategy meetings
Completing Section 47 enquiries
Undertaking initial visits
Completing Section 47 and Section 17 Child and Family Assessments
Initiating care proceedings when required
