What You'll Be Doing:
๐งธ Supporting children in care and care leavers to achieve positive outcomes
๐ Conducting assessments and creating care plans tailored to individual needs
๐ค Collaborating closely with families, carers, and partner agencies
๐ Providing advice, guidance, and safeguarding support to vulnerable children
๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Ensuring children's voices are heard and their wellbeing is prioritised
๐ Participating in team meetings and contributing to practice development
