We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our team in Chesterfield.

You'll work with individuals and communities to help them reach their potential, safeguard their wellbeing, and achieve positive change.

๐ฅ Support & Empowerment - Provide a high-quality social work service that supports individuals and communities to achieve their goals.
๐งญ Needs Assessment - Work collaboratively with children, families, and partners to identify needs and create effective plans to meet them.
๐ก๏ธ Safeguarding - Act on behalf of vulnerable children and families to protect their health, safety, and wellbeing.
๐ Caseload Management - Manage and prioritise a designated caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
๐ฌ Leadership & Guidance - Offer professional advice, leadership, and expertise to empower others and drive positive outcomes.
๐ค Relationship Building - Build and sustain trusting relationships with children, families, and community partners.
๐ข Advocacy - Represent and champion the needs of vulnerable people, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
