💷 Pay: Up to £40.00 per hour (umbrella)

About the Role:
Join us as a Team Manager in the Pathway (Leaving Care) Team supporting children looked after and care leavers aged 16-25, including support for UASC asylum seekers & refugees. 🌍💙

Your Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Allocate referrals & open cases timely & appropriately ✔️
2️⃣ Make decisions on cases within delegated authority 🧠
3️⃣ Efficient workforce deployment & budget/resource management 💼💡
4️⃣ Recruit & appoint staff following Council Policies 👥
5️⃣ Provide supervision & development reviews for social workers & staff 📊📝
6️⃣ Audit & quality assure case work & reports ✅
7️⃣ Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records on the Integrated Children's System 💻📚
8️⃣ Ensure performance targets meet national & local standards 🎯
9️⃣ Promote evidence-based practice & learning 📖🔍
🔟 Develop integrated services aligned with local plans & social care strategy 🛠️
