Talent Resourcing Partner (Italian Speaker)
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to client sites
Role Overview:
The Talent Resource Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end SOW administration services and agency worker administrative services for Italy, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management. The role involves working with senior members of the client and suppliers, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a quality, highly engaging, and consultative service to clients in line with their requirements and company standards.
- Manage the feedback and interaction between Supply Chain Partners to secure the best talent for a customer's (both internal and external)
- Ensure feedback is provided to all relevant stakeholders involved in the process in a timely and constructive manner
- Develop and continually review an applicant attraction strategy that is fit for purpose to ensure that client requirements are met
- Manage client, candidate & supplier expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct all preplacement activities as defined by the process for Italy
Essential Skills:
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation in Italy.
- Knowledge of the principles of business process outsourcing.
- MSP and/or staffing experience
- Proven track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation
