📍 Location: Taw View, Barnstaple / Phoenix House, Tiverton
🕘 Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Rate: Up to £47.50 per hour (umbrella)
We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our Assessment & Intervention Teams (North & Mid Devon)!
What You'll Do:
👥 Support and guide social workers in the Duty & Assessment Team
📊 Quality assure work and manage performance where needed
⚖️ Work within safeguarding and court contexts
💡 Model restorative practices to strengthen relationships with children, adolescents, families, and colleagues
📅 Be on-site for 5 days every 4 weeks and as required for training/manager meetings
Requirements:
✅ Experienced Team Manager in safeguarding and court work
✅ Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
✅ Ability to commit to on-site presence as outlined
✅ Passion for improving outcomes for children and adolescents
