The role:
MST is a home based family model that works mainly with the parents or carers of a young person to support positive change. The average length of intervention is 3-5 months.
As an Administrative Officer you will be supporting the team with administrative duties as well as ensuring the service is running smoothly.
You will make a difference by:
- Providing a range of administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, filing and supporting staff who are working directly with children and young people.
- Providing accurate data input and processing a variety of reports and forms to a high standard.
- Organising meetings and training events, minute taking as necessary.
- Inputting referrals onto the system.
- Managing the administration schedule of calls to parent/carers.
- Telephoning parents/carers and completing an evaluation form following the administration schedule
You will need:
- Excellent IT skills and experience of all Microsoft packages.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, understand safeguarding responsibilities and act with discretion.
- A professional yet personable approach to give the best first impression of our services.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to the families being served and the team.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels by phone, email and face-to-face.
