Description of the role
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background who can manage a busy workload and has excellent attention to detail.
Main responsibilities:
* Offer timely support to the team, distribution and recording of all documentations.
* Raising orders, managing the goods received process and resolving invoice queries.
* Raising invoices and maintaining cost trackers.
* Organising meetings and travel arrangements.
* Point of contact for day-to-day enquiries within the department.
* Filing and archiving of documentation (electronic and paper) to comply with all legal requirements.
* Ensure that all activities are undertaken in a timely manner and processes are followed.
* Management of electronic diaries/calendars, responding to all requests for meetings and appointments.
* Attending meetings and taking detailed minutes.
* SAP experience very desirable
* Data inputting to collaborative trackers, and outputting an analysis
Skills required:
* SAP experience desirable
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong work ethic
* Flexible on industry background, but experience / exposure to supply chain or procurement would be highly beneficial
Details:
* Initial 6 month contract till 03/05/2020 - possible extension
* Full time role - 35 hours per week
* Up to £12.50 per hour
