๐ท Up to ยฃ42.00 per hour (Umbrella)
We're seeking an experienced Children & Families Social Worker to join our Stroud-based team, supporting children and families through timely, evidence-based interventions that truly make a difference ๐
You'll manage a balanced caseload of around 18, working across a mix of Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC) cases, including some court work โ๏ธ
๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ The Role:
โจ Hold and manage a diverse statutory caseload (CIN, CP & CIC)
โจ Complete high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions
โจ Undertake court work where required
โจ Ensure all children are seen face-to-face
โจ Work in a timely and outcome-focused way to achieve positive impact
โจ Collaborate effectively with partner agencies and professionals
