We're on the lookout for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive Kinship Support Team in Gloucestershire 😊
With the recent launch of our Kinship Local Offer, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Local Authority at a time of growth and make a real difference to children and families 💙
👩👦👦 The Role:
✨ Supervise and support kinship foster carers across Gloucestershire and beyond
✨ Work closely with Children's Social Workers to ensure children are living in safe, stable, and nurturing homes
✨ Oversee and support private fostering households across the county
✨ Carry out regular visits to children and adolescents as part of our statutory safeguarding duties
✨ Champion the wellbeing of children and adolescents at every step
