Guidant Global is working with the UK's busiest airport, to recruit a Cyber Support Coordinator
The role of the Applications and Infrastructure team within the Technology Department is to ensure that all of our systems are designed and built to a standard, maintained, up to date in terms of versioning and patching, and operate optimally. We work with the supply chain and our colleagues across the business in order to govern our Technology.
Specifically, the purpose of the Cyber Support Coordinator is to support the Technical Architect and Products Owners in the changes and administration of the systems to support the activities requirements being delivered by the Cyber Security Team.
This role will be responsible for coordinating this workload from Cyber and working with the Technical Architects, SME's and Product Owners to understand how we can meet this challenge across our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-attestation of accounts for internal and external users across multiple systems such as CCTV, Vibes, MAID etc
- Coordinating with Technical Architects and Products owners they will be responsible for creating JML processes aligned to the specific applications and overseeing the implementation of such processes within third parties
- Act as the representative for Applications and Infrastructure in the Cyber security daily standup calls
- Assist with data gathering in complex Investigations for Cyber breaches
- Manage standard catalogue items for certain systems such as MAID, CCTV etc
- Co-ordinate the Vulnerability Management Service (VMS) and attend the VMS forums across the supply chain
- Provide direct assistance to the Technical Owner of the current Identity Management suite of products and become an SME in this area
- Deputise for members of the Apps and Infrastructure Team as required in forums for Cyber Security
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Directory administration of users and Groups
- Technical understanding of the Microsoft suite of products
- Solid track record on working without direct supervision or oversight.
- Good communication skills (written, oral and presentations) to enable effective communication within Applications and Infrastructure Team
- Stakeholder Management skills and experience
- Relevant knowledge or a good appreciation of IT Cyber Security Frameworks e.g.
