Join Us as a Learning Business Partner
At Guidant Global, we're proud to partner with organisations doing incredible things. We're currently supporting Airbus in finding a proactive and relationship‑driven Learning Business Partner (LBP) to help shape and deploy high‑quality learning solutions within a busy production environment.
If you're passionate about enabling people to thrive, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and can balance business needs with effective learning delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
As a Learning Business Partner, you'll be the go‑to expert for a defined business area, ensuring training is planned, delivered, and continuously improving. You will:
Drive learning plan delivery
- Deploy the annual learning plan for your assigned production area, ensuring training is delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.
- Work with business focal points to monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and keep learning activities on track.
Build effective relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for all learning matters, providing trusted advice and guidance.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Business, Academies, HRBPs, and other key partners.
Understand business needs
- Gather learning requirements and priorities by maintaining close business proximity and understanding operational constraints.
- Assess feasibility of learning projects and advise on the most suitable solutions.
Coordinate training deployment
- Collaborate closely with the training administration provider to ensure seamless organisation of training sessions.
- Anticipate risks and manage escalations quickly and collaboratively.
Contribute to wider learning initiatives
- Represent the LBP team in multi‑functional meetings, sharing data insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Support local and international learning projects in partnership with central learning teams.
What you'll bring
We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds. To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in a customer‑facing role (learning experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across varied teams.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in problem solving and managing multiple priorities.
- Competence in IT systems and learning administration processes.
- Awareness of intercultural working dynamics.
Why this role is great
- Flexible working pattern - 18 hours per week with freedom on how you structure your schedule.
- Opportunities to influence and improve learning delivery across a large operational organisation.
- Collaborative culture where your insight will genuinely shape learning outcomes.
- Involvement in both local and transnational projects, giving you exposure to a broad professional network.
- Competitive hourly rate (£23 PAYE / £30.76 Umbrella).
