We are looking to recruit a Reward Advisor.

As a Reward Advisor, you will deliver an excellent professional advisory service relating to pay, pensions, employee benefits and terms and conditions across The Hyde Group (Hyde) in order to meet the needs of the business.

Duties of a Reward Advisor:

  • Proactively assist with managing flexible benefits across Hyde.
  • Undertake job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
  • Analyse reward and salary data and produce advance MI reporting for the business.
  • Experience of working in employee benefits.
  • Undertaking salary benchmarking and calibration of roles.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and other HR team members to ensure pay and benefits issues are identified, and solutions are provided.
  • Undertake reward and well-being projects.
  • Assist with the negotiation and implementation of new rewards contracts.
  • Advanced excel and strong analytical skills essential.

To be considered it is essential that your CV demonstrates experience of:

  • Experience or knowledge of job evaluations and salary benchmarking
  • Excel skills - analysing data
  • Experience of working in compensation and benefits
