We are looking to recruit a Scheme Coordinator for 20 hours a week.

To deliver a proactive, effective and customer focused Housing Management Service to residents and prospective residents of the Hyde Group for our sheltered schemes helping customers and communities across appropriate services both from the Hyde Group and local partner organisations.

Duties of a Scheme Coordinator:

  • Pull cord testing, fire risk assessment, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing and complete all fire testing logs.
  • Respond promptly to resolve resident queries and complaints at the first point of contact.
  • Ensuring that the equipment in the sheltered/supported housing is compliant.
  • Carry out regular building inspections, identifying elements of maintenance required, report repairs and implement works, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety and security, ordering cleaning products and accepting delivery.
  • Report communal repairs to Hyde staff as appropriate.
  • Updating careline forms and tenant data.

Please note - this is a mobile role and requires you to have access to a vehicle with a full UK driving license covering SE London.

A basic DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
