About the Role

At Guidant Global, we're proud to partner with Airbus to deliver excellence in supply chain management. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of essential components-such as landing gears, wheels, brakes, and fuel equipment-between suppliers across Europe and the US and Airbus's global production sites. Your work will help keep Airbus's manufacturing schedules on track and support the delivery of world-class aircraft.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of suppliers, acting as the key point of contact for daily communications.
  • Monitoring and improving supplier relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Overseeing purchase orders and aligning them with business requirements.
  • Optimising ordering parameters (e.g., safety stock, batch size, reorder points) to balance supply and demand.
  • Analysing and acting on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and supply exception messages.
  • Tracking delivery forecasts and maintaining a clear line of balance through regular supplier engagement.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and troubleshooting delivery or quality issues.
  • Participating in supplier performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensuring clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders worldwide and escalating issues promptly to avoid production delays.
  • Using SAP and other logistics systems to manage and report on supply chain performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience working within supply chain environments, ideally with exposure to MRP systems and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • A proactive, motivated self-starter who thrives on learning and tackling challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (desirable).

Qualifications:

We value experience over formal qualifications-if you have the right skills and attitude, we want to hear from you!

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a high-performing team at the heart of Airbus's operations.
  • Enjoy a flexible work pattern and a supportive, inclusive environment.
  • Gain exposure to international supply chain operations and develop your expertise with leading-edge systems.
  • Benefit from opportunities for contract extension and career growth within a global organisation.
