📍 Location: Hertfordshire
🕘 Hours: Monday-Friday
🏠 Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home
💷 Pay: Up to £45.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Hertfordshire Children's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary service focused on safeguarding vulnerable children.
🤝 The MASH brings together Police, Probation, Safeguarding Nurses and Children's Services to share information and make timely, informed safeguarding decisions. The team manages contacts and referrals, ensuring the right response at the right time - from immediate safeguarding to Early Help support.
🔑 Key Requirements:
✅ Qualified Social Worker (QSW)
✅ Proven Team Manager experience
✅ Strong decision-making and risk analysis skills
✅ Confident leadership and communication 🗣️
✅ Experience using databases / strong IT skills (IES & LCS desirable) 💻
✅ Excellent multi-agency working skills
