We are looking to recruit an equipment-Utilities-Contract-Manager.

As an equipment-Utilities-Contract-Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing compliance servicing and inspection contract(s) to ensure programmes are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.

You will also ensure Hyde meets it's statutory, regulatory and policy requirements, also working

collaboratively with the gas contract manager to ensure an exemplar heating service is provided.

Essential experience:

  • Contract Management experience.
  • M E Qualification / Background.
  • Multiple trade understanding.
  • Good excel and word knowledge.

Duties of an Equipment Utilities Contract Manager:

  • Ensuring programme compliance and the quality of programme delivery
  • Chairing and documenting meetings with service providers
  • Undertaking contract management including associated project administration and monthly progress reports .
  • Work with the Data Manager to ensure data is relevant and up to date and that systems are updated effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and oversee contract, manage contractors in line with contractual obligations cost saving/customer service improvements measure contractor performance via agreed KPIs in line with contract and taking remedial action where necessary.
  • Ensure effective liaison with residents in connection with Property Health &Safety Compliance requirements, activities, policy and advice.

Your work will be predominantly based within the London region. However, we may ask you to work at other locations within The Hyde Group.

A basic DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
