Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £64.28/hr PAYE | £86.00/hr Umbrella

At Guidant Global, we're looking for an experienced SAP Time Functional Consultant to join our Reward Operations team, supporting Airbus in Broughton. This is your chance to work on exciting projects, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of time management solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Design & Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas, rules, work schedules, and public holiday calendars.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for time and attendance, absences, overtime, and shift planning.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, especially Payroll, Organisational Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Solution Delivery: Develop functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments, working closely with ABAP developers.
- Testing & Support: Manage and support all testing phases, resolve defects, and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Training & Documentation: Create clear documentation and deliver end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements, keeping up to date with SAP best practices and new technologies.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP Time Management (PT) and at least 5 years' hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Time Management processes, including positive/negative time recording and time evaluation.
- Expertise in configuring time schemas, rules, work schedules, and public holiday calendars.
- Strong understanding of integration points with SAP Payroll and other HCM modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working on at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
It's great if you also have:
- SAP Time Management Certification.
- Experience with SAP HANA Time Management.
- Familiarity with xAtlas or other third-party time management systems.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
