Guidant Global is working with the UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, MBDA, seeking a skilled Operational Analysis to the Air Combat Domain to work as part of a team of analysts delivering decision support to Future Combat Air programmes in Stevenage.
What you'll get to do as an Operational Analysis:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to scope, plan and deliver a range of Operational Analysis
What we're looking for:
- Experimentation and decision support studies within the Future Combat Air domain.
- Understanding RAF Combat Air Doctrine and CONOPS are necessary.
- Ex-aircrew or someone with front line RAF experience is preferable.
- Someone able to engage in detail to help plan, scope and deliver analysis activities.
- Experience with wargaming beneficial
- Willing to share their knowledge and previous experience with the broader Operational Analysis Team through support and peer review of other related tasks
