Diageo Capital House is based in Queen Street in the heart of Belfast city centre. Our Customer Service department takes care of pubs, clubs and hotels across the Island of Ireland who stock Diageo brands. From Guinness to Carlsberg, Smirnoff to Tanqueray - we have something for everyone.
Our purpose is to 'Celebrate Life, Every Day, Everywhere' and this is incorporated into our standard ways of working across the Globe. The objective of our Customer Service team is to provide exceptional service to existing customers every day, taking ownership of each call in a prompt and efficient way.
On a daily basis our Inbound Customer service team take various calls, dealing with drinks orders, general bar queries and accounts queries.
Our Inbound Customer service team are made up of a group of diverse and talented individuals who work together to achieve targets.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join us for our busy Summer Period, working for the largest global drinks company Diageo in the heart of Belfast, on Queens Street
If you believe you have the following set of skills and requirements, we are interested in hearing from you;
- Flexible between the hours of 9-5 Monday - Friday (Monday and Tuesdays will be the busiest days)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Works effectively in a fast paced environment
- 5 GCSE grade A-C including Maths and English minimum
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office experience would be advantageous
