We are recruiting for a Leading London Housing Association.

You will act as lead in developing services to best meet demands across a geographical portfolio of properties. You will ensure effective property management of our schemes and estates, adapting a flexible approach to balance the requirements of a service business; delivering across a wide geography and working in close collaboration with Property Services, Core Services and Development across the Hyde Group.
Duties of a Property Manager:
- Ensure performance targets and budgets are met, and a comprehensive service is delivered that meets the needs and expectations of residents and stakeholders; and is characterised by continuous improvement and high resident satisfaction. Manage expenditure against budget throughout the financial year, delivering the following:
- Where required draw up budget requirements and consult with internal teams on budget requirements affecting delivery of services.
- Lead on developing strong working links with the Service Charge team to ensure that service charge budgets are carefully developed, managed and monitored with residents
- Monitor spend on each scheme in order to raise and resolve any issues that arise with the Service Charge team.
- Assist the Service Charge team to accurately review and manage sinking fund provisions in order to ensure these are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Ensure that expenditure incurred across the property portfolio is in line with the principles of any lease agreement or hierarchy set up.
- Support service charge consultation exercises alongside the Service Charge and Income teams.
- Take ownership and responsibility for any service delivery complaints and queries from customers to achieve resolution, collaborating with internal colleagues as required.
