Global Retail Training Coordinator
Duration: 3-month contract

Scope of the Role
The Global Retail Training Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of global retail training initiatives, with a strong emphasis on retail communications, digital learning platforms, and content translation processes.
This role leads the coordination of global retail training activities, including the creation and management of weekly retail communications, ownership of the Retail Training App, and the optimisation of team operations and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Communications
Work cross-functionally to coordinate retail communications across global teams and consolidate content into a clear and concise weekly update for retail teams worldwide.
Create, publish, and manage all retail communication posts shared via the Retail Training App communications page.
Retail Training App Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the Retail Training App, liaising with IT and key stakeholders to resolve content or technical issues.
Manage the Retail Training App, including onboarding new users, troubleshooting access or usage issues, and ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
Share app updates, usage insights, and engagement reports with relevant stakeholders.
Lead app training sessions to support alignment and drive effective adoption across teams.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall learner experience.
Functional Coordination
Manage team calendars and rollout plans, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Update and maintain retail training programmes and tools to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support retail training initiatives.
Coordinate the full translation process for retail training programmes, including liaising with translation partners, managing timelines, and uploading translated content to the Retail Training App.
Provide organisational and logistical support for meetings, team events, and conferences.
Manage administrative tasks linked to key retail training programmes.
Skills & Experience
Excellent written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong design capability and in-depth functional knowledge.
Highly organised, with experience creating and managing project plans or roadmaps.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
A genuine passion for retail and/or fashion.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
